Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant working experience in corporate finance or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and Companies Act 2016.
• Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing materials for corporate exercises including M&As and JVs.
• Support evaluation and structuring of capital structures.
• Participate in preparation of documentation such as business plans.
