Job description

In this role you will be responsible for creating compelling content that supports the company’s business development initiatives. This role involves researching, writing, and editing a variety of materials, including proposals, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and write high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other business opportunities. Ensure that proposals are persuasive, well-structured, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information and insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients. Use this data to inform and strengthen business development content.
  • Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to company standards. Ensure all materials are polished and professional.
  • Work closely with the subject matter experts, and other departments to gather information, develop content, and ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of video content by developing scripts and storyboards that effectively communicate business messages.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure deliverables are aligned with their needs.
  • Prepare and execute deliverables based on discussions with clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the deliverables are met as per client expectations and follow up with clients for confirmations or revisions.
  • Manage and assist the Managing Director in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, including attending meetings, following up on client requests, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business writing, proposal writing, content creation, video production, or a related field.
  • Preferably familiarity with digital media platforms and emerging trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
