Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
  • Availability for regular business travel within Malaysia.
  • Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Proposal Engineers for technically and commercially sound bids.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and penetrate new markets.
  • Ensure operations align with ISO standards and internal compliance procedures.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and highlight any issues or risks.
  • Guide, train, and motivate junior sales team members.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Education
