JIASHENG TRADING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a full-time Storekeeper to join our team in Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Organize and store materials and products in designated locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
  • Issue stock according to approved requests and ensure proper documentation
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in stock audits
  • Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory to management
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of goods
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store/warehouse area
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales departments
  • Prepare reports related to inventory movement and stock status
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role preferred
