Job summary

A leading specialty chemicals company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure accurate inventory management, including checking inbound deliveries and handling reports on damaged products. Candidates should have a minimum of a STPM or Diploma, possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics. Familiarity with safety regulations and SAP is a plus. This position requires physical fitness to handle duties effectively.

Job Description

To ensure that inbound receiving and Delivery always been checked to obtain 100% Inventory accuracy. Any products damaged, Torn, dented must conduct for survey and make reporting immediately. Warehouse & coldroom Inventory check & always maintain on Inventory accuracy.

Warehouse management activities & SAP support.

Qualifications

STPM or Diploma holder.

Additional Information

• Minimum 2 year experience related to warehouse, logistics field.
• Good understanding of safety regulations related to forklift operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Tamil and/or Chinese is also an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties as required.
• Understand and practice “first in first out”
