Job description

A well-known, established hospital of more than 100 years in the industry, currently looking for talent to join us.

Summary of Duties:

Assist Senior Storekeeper in the management of the stores to ensure safe and effective up keep of the system.

Principal Accountabilities:

To up keep Inventory Record System.

To carry out weekly cycle count.

Monitor stock level and stock turnover and inform store executive when stock reach re order level.

Receive and check all items for correctness, validity dating and condition before acknowledging delivery documents

Forward to the departments or have the items collected from the store with due acknowledgement on the goods received note.

Check Stock Transfer/Issue Request Report for routine supplies from various departments before transferring stocks.

To perform picking process base on the Stock Transfer/Issue Request Note.

Prepare Stock Transfer/Issue Note for those items that had been picked and attach together with the items to send to the respective department.

To ensure all chargeable items are tagging will barcode label before send to sub store.

To undertake other inventory related work as directed by the head of department.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates must possess a minimum or equivalent SPM qualifications.

Sound knowledge of inventory management and basic experience on general handling of store.

Computer literate is necessary.

Have fair knowledge of written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia.

Have simple knowledge of Medical/Surgical & Domestic products either generic or brand name.
