Primary Purpose

As the Assistant Store Manager/Store Supervisor, you demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the brand director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

You will lead by example, set the tone for the store, and provide feedback to their team that will result in a more efficient, productive, and profitable store that exceeds Coach service expectations.

  • Take ownership and accountability for store productivity and sales plans forecast
  • Create a high energy, sales and service focused environment
  • Oversee the Coach service environment within the store by offering constant feedback on service behaviors
  • Manage relationships key stakeholders for smooth execution to achieve sales
  • Consistently manage physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met
  • Identify underperforming store staff and take focused action to manage development or counseling
  • Recognize and value individual performance and communicate appropriately
  • Develop plans to address key business issues, and utilize plans to impact business and achieve desired results
The Accomplished Individual Will Possess
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years store management experience in the retail or service industry
  • Experience in working in a fast paced retail environment
  • Ability to inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors
