Job summary

A leading bathroom and kitchen fixture company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to efficiently oversee daily store and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3–5 years in warehouse management, preferably in sanitary ware and kitchen appliances. Responsibilities include supervising stock control, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with various departments. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills in both Malay and English, alongside a responsible and organized approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in store, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Experience as Store Supervisor / Inventory Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor is preferred.
• Experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store and inventory operations.
• Ensure accurate stock records between system and physical inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper organization of store items.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Accounts departments.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and prepare inventory reports.

Pro-Field Home & Living Sdn Bhd is an established company with more than 20 years of experience in bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures & appliances, and public toilet fixtures & fittings. We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Store Supervisor to oversee store and inventory operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, issuing, storage, and stock control.
• Ensure accurate stock records between system and physical inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, minimum stock, slow‑moving and fast‑moving items.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounts departments.
• Plan and conduct regular stock take / cycle counts.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, housekeeping, and organization of store items.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and prepare inventory reports.
• Ensure store operations comply with company procedures and safety standards.
• Supervise and guide storekeepers / warehouse staff.

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in any related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in store, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Experience as Store Supervisor / Inventory Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor is preferred.
• Experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances, hardware, or building materials will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in Malay & English.
• Responsible, well‑organized, and hands‑on attitude.
