Qualifications

• Prior management or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 / HACCP for production is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall operation in store section.

Ensure that superior accountable for the stock balance of going good and incoming goods.

Ensure that superior are proper arrangement and identification of goods.

Ensure that superior proper handling and storage products and maintain in good quality.

Ensure that subordinates are keep up to date stock records.

Job arrangement for subordinate and oversee all documented procedures and ensure that instructions are follow up by subordinates.

Ensure that subordinates dispatched goods in secure packed to avoid transit damage.

Liaise with sales admin dept to ensure delivery requirement are met.

Ensure that every month closing stock balance of copper, aluminums & Allow material consumption is tally with account closing balance.

Ensure that subordinates are follow FIFO basis to Issuing raw material & delivery good.

Ensure that subordinates are doing 5S housekeeping & safety environment at store.

Provide record and other performance indices to superior wherever required.

To undertake any other related job as directed by Group General Manager/ Managing Director

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any Business Admin/Logistic/Supply Chain Management or related field.

Prior management or manufacturing experience in wire cable sector is preferred.

Min 5 years working experience in Store/Logistic/Warehouse Operation, container loading / unloading, dispatching of lorry within peninsular

Strong communication and organizational skills

Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software.

Knowledge and skillset in ISO 9001 / HACCP for production will be added advantage.
