Primary Purpose

You demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the brand director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

You lead by example, sets the tone for the store, and provides feedback to their team that will result in more efficient, productive, and profitable stores that exceed kate spade service expectations.
