Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Quality Control and Safety Management principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience with team leadership and the ability to coordinate tasks within a small team.
  • Familiarity with IT/Hardware products and distribution is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation with the warehouse management system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards before being dispatched to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store operations, such as sales, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees and visitors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
