Responsibilities

• Control stock movement and ensure proper accountability of daily goods received and issued.
• Check, count, and affix identification on goods received in accordance with the GRN.
• Authorize release of goods on issue supported with approved requisition and follow FIFO practice.
• Maintain proper room temperatures, sanitation, and lock/key control of the storeroom.
• Prepare monthly reports (receiving, requisition, slow moving, consumption) and ad‑hoc reports.
• Update stock cards daily, maintain reorder levels, and prepare purchase requisitions following reorder levels.
• Follow up on outstanding deliveries and perform store inventory counts.
• Assist other store keeper(s) as necessary and perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
