• Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for processing transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist in inventory management tasks, such as stocking shelves, monitoring product levels, and reporting discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions and tasks.
• Apply basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and sales totals.
• Be able to work onsite in Selayang.

• Assist in inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness and quality.
• Monitor and prevent shoplifting by being observant and reporting suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, security, and customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations and efficient customer service.
