A well-known convenience store chain is seeking a Store Audit Assistant in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor. The successful candidate will perform physical stock counts, cash counts, and compliance audits. Additionally, they will assist in stock reconciliation and maintain communication with store personnel. Applicants should have at least a minimum SPM or Diploma with good command of Mathematics, English, and Malay. This role requires teamwork and attention to detail. Store Audit Assistant (Stores @ KL/Selangor)

Perform physical Stock Count, Cash Count & Compliance Audit.

Assist team leader in stock reconciliation, Cash Count Analysis, Void/Cancelled transactions analysis, and store compliance checklist.

Ensure timely and proper submission of Field Audit Working papers.

Findings of Audit Field Work are properly documented.

Ensure good communication with store personnel and the Operations team at all levels.

Able to work as part of the Field Audit Team.

Assist the HQ Audit Executives in the execution of audit & administration work.

Perform any other work as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM-Level or Diploma holders with 1 year of experience (i.e. retail industry is added advantage) are encouraged to apply.
