100% accuracy in picking, packing goods for delivery to the correct customer as stated in the pick slips/delivery receipts in terms of quantity, serial number and item code.
All pick slips are closed promptly i.e within 24 hours from release date.
100% accuracy in weighing goods for delivery by courier. This is to ensure accurate billing by the courier company.
All acknowledge delivery receipts are filed and recorded promptly within 1 day from the date of receipt.
Record and follow up on goods taken on loan by salesperson.
All good issued are properly supported with Schmidt documents.
Goods received are checked accurately and promptly on quantity, quality and place into the proper shelves within 24 hours from receipt date.
All good receipts are supported by documents i.e invoice & GRN.
All good received are tagged according to the correct color codes.
Goods returned from customers are checked accurately on quality, quantity and return to their respective shelf promptly i.e within 24 hours from receipt date.
Keep the store tidy at all times.
Good delivery for urgent order by customers.
Other duties as directed by superior.
