Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily issue (Direct & Indirect Material)
2. Assist in daily receiving (Direct, Indirect, Personal Package and other) from vendors & suppliers
3. Perform stock task activities
4. Check stock movement entry (Stock Adjustment, Stock Receive & Stock Shipment)
5. Deal with material scrap sorting & packing
6. Monitor the material planning sheet to ensure stock does not fall below the minimum level
7. Deal with the supplier to maintain the consignment stock level
8. Issue purchase requisition when requested by marketing and when stock falls below minimum level
9. Update stock level for marketing
10. Perform any other task as required by the immediate superior from time to time

Education / Qualification

• Minimum SPM or Diploma
• Ability to use computer
• Able to converse in English
• Experience in store is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
