Job description

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

To develop, enhance and support current applications for different operations based on business’ requirements.

Develop AI application, and provide support to maintain or enhance the existing application to further support for business growth or process change.

Uses established fact-finding procedures, knowledge of work processes and procedure, system software and computer equipment to provide required analysis of business or process problem.

Understanding the routine user problem or company business need. And, solves them by enhancing the existing system or propose appropriate new solution.

Works within defined objectives, priorities, dead line and adapts guidelines to specific situations.

Receive general instructions for specific and ongoing assignments and refers problems and unfamiliar situations to supervisor; finished work and methods are checked.

Prepares and gives presentations to internal work groups. Train end users on established in-house applications.

Provides on-call support and problem resolution for in-house applications.

Assists to solve technical problems for users. And, perform basic administrative functions in order to help and maintain network file system.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from time to time.

To ensure that quality activities performed by incumbent and subordinates (if any) fall in line with MS ISO 9001, ISO 13485 , ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ HSPM QC 080000 procedures.

Job & Special Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Data Science or Applied Mathematics or Software Engineering or Artificial Intelligent.

At least 5 years in windows or web based application development and minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools such as Ollama, LangChain, Apex, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Dify.

Programming with object-oriented experience, communication, logical thinking, analytical, project management, time management.

Strong technical skills and development experience using Microsoft technologies, including .NET (ASP, VB, C#), .NET Core, MS SQL (Stored Procedures), Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle PL/SQL.

Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using Python and R.

Practical knowledge of integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications.

Data handling in data modeling, database management and data preprocessing.

Experience in cloud based platforms such as AWS, Azure for deploying AI solutions and API integrations in building AI models into applications.

Knowledge of business domains where AI is applied manufacturing.

Understanding of system development by using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology.

Works independently with minimum supervision.
