Staff Nurse (Ward/ Operation theater/ ICU/ A&E/Pediatric/Dialysis) - Seremban

Adhere to the Nursing Department and Mawar Medical Centre procedure, policies and standard in executing daily duty task and new changes.

Monitor and identifying changes in patient condition (eg.: response to treatment, factor contributing to clinical complaints. Etc.) and intervening in emergency situations.

Assist consultant in clinical assessment (rounds) and procedure. Communicate effectively with all hospital department to provide support and care to patient. (e.g.: arrange patient for diagnostic procedure, GL for procedure, etc. )

Ensure all the medical devices, equipment are decontaminated appropriately as such cleaned, disinfected and sterilized to the hospital infection control policy and procedure. Assist manager in ensuring department is ready for patient (e.g.: equipment, stock, and system) Ensure accurate charges Achieve department and personnal KPI and QA activities
