Job summary

A healthcare facility in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission to discharge. Responsibilities include formulating and documenting holistic nursing care plans and ensuring confidentiality while establishing therapeutic relationships. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Nursing, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A valid Practicing Certificate and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or similar setting.
  • Must possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients by delivering supportive care, collaborating with other healthcare providers/services, and navigating the total care of patients from admission to discharge. The Nurse must exhibit professional and evidence-based practice.

Job Description
  • Apply an integration of nursing theory, clinical and evidence-based practices in providing holistic care for patients and their families and visitors.
  • Formulate, implement and document a holistic plan of nursing care that is communicated and clarified with the patient/family.
  • Document patient history, physical examination data, nursing care plan and interventions and the patient’s responses in medical records in a timely manner in accordance with nursing standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills during all phases of the therapeutic relationship.
  • Create a positive environment by listening and offering support while always maintaining confidentiality.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing: Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or similar setting. Fresh graduates who graduated with Diploma in Nursing are encouraged to apply.
  • Have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
  • Experience working in different specialties (OT/ Oncology/ Ward/ Emergency Department/ Endoscopy/ ICU) preferred.
  • Post basic certification is preferred for specializedarea.
