We are seeking an experienced SSC Finance Team Lead to build the finance function from the ground up. Your duties may include leading and managing the shared services finance team to ensure efficient operations, oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations, developing and implementing strategies to optimise financial processes and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, providing financial insights and analysis to senior management for decision-making, monitoring and managing financial risks with robust internal controls, and supporting audits with timely resolution of audit findings.
