Work you’ll do

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (“SR&T”) – Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation (“RTCT”) practice in Southeast Asia. Our people flourish in the unexpected. The RTCT team specialises in offering sophisticated advice and innovative solutions to companies facing corporate stress or disruption. Working with lenders, investors and senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs and MDs, we advise on financial restructuring / refinancing, operational restructuring, profit improvement programs, cash generation / working capital analysis, and large‑scale complex transformational change, to protect and build value, while maximizing returns.

Working alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence‑based analytical capability and strategic thinking to help them solve pressing, complex and cross‑border issues. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization.

Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in accounting, consulting, or a financial institution.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python is advantageous.
