Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing overall end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall supply chain management. Identify and mitigate logistics risks to prevent disruption in the supply chain
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers and logistics partners. Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Track & analyze logistics performance metrics. Prepare weekly/monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk.
  • Addressing internal/external customer issues and complaints and strive for continuous improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to trade regulations, custom compliance and internal policies.
Qualifications
  1. Possess at least bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. With 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment.
  3. Technical skills
    1. Proficiency in ERP (Preferably SAP)
    2. Experience with data analytics (Excel)
    3. Familiarity with custom regulation and trade compliance
  4. Soft skills
    1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, managing multiple priorities.
