About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Software Engineer to join MobileOne Technology Sdn Bhd as a Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead). In this full-time role, you will be based in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor office and will play a crucial part in leading a team of developers in delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development and implementation of complex software systems
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the team, helping them to improve their skills and deliver high-quality code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, from planning and architecture to testing and deployment
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of leading software development teams
• Expertise in modern software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and version control
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C#.net, as well as familiarity with web technologies and MS-SQL Database (Stored Proc)
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
