Job summary

A leading engineering firm seeks an experienced SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER with at least 3 years of product design experience. Responsibilities include leading mechanical product design activities, participating in product evaluations, and ensuring product quality through testing methods. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and strong 3D modelling skills, preferably in SolidWorks. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in product design.
• Strong knowledge in 3D modelling skill preferably in SolidWorks.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently under tight schedules.

SR.MECHANICAL ENGINEER/MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Responsible for mechanical product design work by realizing design intent for mechanical related parts/products/systems

Lead and provide product design input based on product requirement

To lead and participate in DFM, FMEA, PPAP and others analytical tools for mechanical parts/components/and etc.

Participate in product prototype build, test and subsequent improvement

To perform mechanical parts evaluations and approval

Participate in product cost saving and VAVE activities

To assures products quality by develop testing methods to test finished products

To monitor and update product development progress during project execution

To lead engineers on mechanical product design activities

To perform any task, assign by superior from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATION

Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience in products design

Candidates must have strong knowledge in 3D modelling skill preferably in SolidWorks

Candidates must have good trouble-shooting, analytical and problem-solving skill

Candidates must be self-motivated, resourceful and result orientated

Candidates must be able to work independently and under tight schedule with minimum supervision
