As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘satisfied or very satisfied’. From a friendly and professional welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to always deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues related to returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
• Know the features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products
• Develop customer relationships both in-store and online
• Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports
• Encourage loyalty card registration to improve customer information

2. To Decathlon Malaysia

• Understand department goals and work with the team to achieve them
• Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store
• Boost sales using resources and commercial tools
• Arrange store layout according to guidelines
• Create high-quality displays based on Customer Satisfaction principles
• Maintain store layout and product facing
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the replenishment system

3. For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures

4. Development and Skills

• Participate in training sessions and develop skills accordingly
