• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions for a range of conditions including speech sound disorders, post-stroke aphasia, and voice and fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, audiologists, and occupational therapists.
• Educate and support family members or caregivers on therapy goals and home-based strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation and clinical records according to hospital standards.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and safety during all procedures.
