Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a specification-related role.
• Experience with interior-related materials is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects and designers.
• Build and maintain a project pipeline in the CRM system.
• Identify new business opportunities in the market.
• Collaborate with distributors to convert specifications into orders.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies from management.
• Gather and report competitive market intelligence.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs.
