About the Role

We are looking for a Specification Executive to lead project-based specification and consultation activities. You’ll work closely in a team with architects, interior designers, developers, and QS firms to ensure the brand is selected in the early planning stages of various projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Promote and drive product specifications with architects and designers
  • Develop strong relationships with key project decision-makers
  • Offer consultation, product demos, and technical advice
  • Provide tailored surface material solutions based on project requirements
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support project delivery
  • Attend trade events, conduct site visits, and deliver presentations
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or architecture-related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in specification sales or technical sales is a plus
