Job summary

A leading shared services provider in Malaysia is searching for a Specialist in Medical Major Claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in major claims, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and be willing to work shifts including weekends. Responsibilities include processing claims, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy. This role will follow the Hong Kong working calendar and is based in Cyberjaya & Putrajaya.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Major Claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
• Evaluate and capture all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
• Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
• Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
• Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in major claims.
• Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is a must to support HK region.
• Self-motivated and customer orientated.
• Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.
• Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya & Putrajaya.
• The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
