This team is part of Compliance Operations. The LDQA team focuses on continuous training, skill enhancement, and quality assurance to ensure the smooth execution of Compliance programs. We collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Customer Due Diligence Ops, AML Ops, and Sanctions Ops, as well as other partners such as Compliance Advisory, the Product team, and the Data team.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring high-quality compliance case reviews and maintaining performance standards across all Compliance Ops functions. In this role, the successful candidate will monitor and evaluate compliance cases processed by Compliance Ops agents and provide feedback to Compliance Ops functions to improve agent performance and ultimately, ensure efficient and high-quality implementation of compliance controls.
