Your Role

This role involves managing end-to-end processes for IT demands, including creating purchase requests, verifying supplier offers, performing invoice reviews, and monitoring approval workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Setup purchase requests for the demands of the IT organization (HW, SW licenses, Cloud, Professional Services) with all necessary data in the Purchase Requisition Approval Workflow and monitor the approval workflow.
  • Verify supplier offers in terms of validity date, correct contract reference and related master data, such as supplier address or delivery address.
  • Derive order parameters like accounting type, such as project and operations.
  • Verify and approve invoices and goods/services receipts and claim in correct invoices.
  • Responsible to verify whether the purchase order covers the invoice amount and initiate increase of purchase value if required.
  • Prepare and analyze order and budget reports.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Relations or any relevant equivalent field.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools such as Excel, Outlook and SAP.
  • Able to produce quality and focus on completion.
  • Strong communication skills and customer oriented.
  • Fluent in English in both written and verbal form.
