Specialist, Digital Experience Executive

As Steelcase continues to evolve digitally, we’re looking for a Digital Experience Executive who blends analytical thinking with technical acumen. You’ll support our digital ecosystem — ensuring our tools, data, and user experiences work seamlessly together.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage data and technology integrations across Ecommerce, CRM, analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Support tracking implementation and campaign analytics across digital channels.
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous improvement in user experience.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational bottlenecks affecting campaign performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and tech teams/vendors to enhance digital experience and Conversion Rate Optimization/performance.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure optimal order fulfilment and maintain accurate inventory status.
Who You Are
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing tech, or web operations.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Experience running A/B tests and CRO experiments using tools like Optimizely or VWO.
  • Highly analytical, with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, data‑driven, and eager to improve the digital journey.
