About The Role

Drive automation, AI integration, and data-driven innovation across operations by leveraging advanced analytics and modern automation tools. This role will support the organization’s innovation agenda by designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Copilot/AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Insights:
  
  
  
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  
  
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for decision-making.
  
  
  
  


• AI & Copilot Integration:
  
  
  
  • Implement Microsoft Copilot and other AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  
  
  • Develop AI-powered solutions for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation.
  
  
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  
  
  
  


• Innovation Enablement:
  
  
  
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation, analytics, and AI opportunities aligned with the innovation agenda.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related fields.


• 3–5 years in automation, data analytics, or AI-related roles.


• Experience implementing enterprise-level automation, analytics, and AI solutions.


• Exposure to innovation projects or digital transformation initiatives.


• Ability to work onsite Cyberjaya (2025) & IOI Tower 1, Putrajaya (2026) with 1 day WFH per week.
