Responsibilities

• Managing the enrollment and registration of children.
• Receiving and welcoming children to the classroom.
• Handling children's activities according to their age groups.
• Planning and implementing teaching and learning activities in accordance with instructions, policies, and guidelines.
• Planning and conducting daily, weekly, and annual teaching activities.
• Conducting continuous assessments of children's development in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
• Performing cleanliness-related duties.
• Ensuring the safety, cleanliness, health, comfort, and happiness of children throughout the teaching and learning sessions.
• Organizing/preparing activity corners or spaces and teaching aids appropriate to the daily lessons.
• Managing classroom documents and files (e.g., Teacher’s Planner, students’ logbook, and Progress Report).
• Updating and preparing data/information/records/reports as per the time and instructions given (e.g., activity reports/monthly class reports/output specifications).
• Planning, managing, and conducting co-curricular activities and classroom programs.
• Acting as the Assistant Teacher in their absence.
• Attending workshops, training sessions, courses, seminars, or conferences as directed by the company.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
