We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Need Teacher to join our dynamic team at Joyous Kiddy Education Group Sdn Bhd. located in Eco Botanic, Johor. As a full-time Special Education Need Teacher, you will be responsible for providing tailored educational support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing individualised education plans to address the unique learning needs of students with special educational requirements
• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons using a variety of teaching methods and strategies
• Collaborating closely with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching approaches as needed
• Maintaining thorough records and documentation to track student achievements and challenges
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge
• Fostering a positive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment for all students

What we're looking for

• A degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Need Teacher or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of special educational needs and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with diverse learning needs
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual student needs
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
