The Spa at Club Med has a little something extra. We have chosen to entrust you with these moments of well-being alongside the biggest names in spa and beauty: Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Comfort Zone, Mandara Spa, Payot, l'Occitane.

You will be trained in the treatment protocol and in the sale of products from our major brands. These trainings, materialized by a certificate, are recognized by the professionals of the well-being. The world opens up to you!

Attentive, you offer a personalised service and a unique experience to each customer. Relaxing, you give off a Zen attitude and thanks to you time seems to stop. Challenger/Performer, you like to take on new challenges to develop the Spa's turnover (products and services) and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers.

You will
  • Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot
  • Coordinate and promote the Spa area within the Resort (600 to 1200 clients)
  • Manage a team of 5 to 17 employees
  • Manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort's spa
  • Ensure the quality of customer relations by strengthening the Club Med culture and spirit
  • Promote and set up commercial activities within the Resort
  • Monitor stock status, identify supply needs and establish orders
  • Work in collaboration with other Resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc.)
  • Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
  • Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
