Job Overview

The Sourcing Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing and procurement cycle from identifying suppliers and preparing tender bids to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and attention to detail to ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit accurate tender documents for projects.
  • Supplier Management: Source suppliers, compare quotes, negotiate prices, and maintain good relationships.
  • Purchasing & Inventory: Create purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
