  • Provide excellent guest service and wine guidance.
Requirements
  • Certification in Wine Studies (WSET Level 2/3, CMS, or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years’ experience as a Sommelier or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and vintages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • English required; Mandarin-speaking is an advantage.
