Role Overview

We’re now looking for an Solution Architect to join our Data Architecture & Engineering team. As an experienced solution architect responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that enable automation, data integration, and intelligence delivery across research and operational systems, this role ensures that architecture decisions align with business objectives and that data and software platforms are well‑integrated, future‑ready, and optimized for performance and cost. The role will required to manage few Data Engineers/Architect within the domain for Data/Cloud/Platform


Key Responsibilities


  • Designing, developing, and maintaining end‑to‑end system architectures that connect internal data pipelines, automation services, and client‑facing applications across multiple business domains.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints covering data flow, integration points, application components, and infrastructure needs.

  • Leading the architecture design for new initiatives from API ecosystems and data platforms to process automation solutions ensuring alignment with company‑wide technology standards and scalability principles.

  • Providing technical oversight and governance to ensure code quality, performance, and security across engineering projects. Working closely with the Product, Technology, Strategy and Operations teams to define integration standards and improve interoperability across data systems and analytics tools.

  • Supporting project delivery by defining architectural frameworks, evaluating technology options, and guiding development teams throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑launch optimization.

  • Driving best practices in automation, data management, and application integration to enhance efficiency, data quality, and long‑term maintainability.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying architectural enhancements, technical debt reduction, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Supporting the successful, on‑time delivery of high‑quality, highly relevant, and differentiated data products that provide foundations for syndicated and consulting projects across sectors.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 8‑10 years of proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise‑scale solutions integrating multiple data systems, APIs, and automation platforms.

  • Experience with data engineering, software development, cloud architecture (AWS), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

  • Strong understanding of system integration, data modeling, and service orchestration.

  • Hands‑on experience in programming or scripting languages (Python, Node.js, etc).

  • Experience with workflow automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Power Automate, or automation services).


  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).

  • Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
