We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our talented team at ITECH System Engineering Sdn Bhd. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing complex technology solutions that meet our clients' needs. This full‑time position is based in Puchong, Selangor, offering the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable technology solutions using a variety of systems engineering principles and methodologies.

Study tender document and system specifications and project requirement & timeline updates to Sale manager.

Support Sale manager on the preparation during project tender by going through the tender documents and tendering process.

Estimate costing and prepare quotation on the project tender process

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar role within the Systems Engineering industry.

Proficient in designing and implementing complex technology solutions using a variety of systems engineering tools and techniques.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.

Good presentation skill to explain and promote our solution to client.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
