Job Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Solution & Delivery Manager based in Kuala Lumpur to lead our PropTech digital solutions and project governance. This role will combine digital marketing product delivery (with a focus on VR / Digital Twin / Digital Showroom solutions) and PMO responsibilities across our enterprise-level applications. The candidate will serve as a key bridge between clients, internal development teams (China R&D), and regional stakeholders, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution delivery for PropTech and digital marketing product lines, starting with the VR/Digital Twin Digital Showroom portfolio.
- Act as PMO to govern project scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines across multiple enterprise-level implementations.
- Manage client communications and ensure requirements are captured, analyzed, and translated into deliverables.
- Coordinate closely with China-based development teams to track progress and resolve challenges.
- Oversee delivery governance, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard and meet customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Support business growth by ensuring successful reference projects and scaling delivery across Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of professional experience in PropTech, digital marketing, or enterprise solution delivery.
- Solid track record in project management / PMO governance for technology or real-estate related solutions.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across countries and functions.
- Good understanding of digital showroom / digital twin solutions for real estate marketing and sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience in PropTech, real estate, or construction industries.
- Familiarity with VR, Digital Twin, and Digital Showroom strategies.
- CRM knowledge in real estate (e.g., sales management, customer lifecycle, digital marketing integration).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the potential to take on regional delivery responsibilities.
