Overview

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that align with customer business needs. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Job Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and optimization.

Provide consultative guidance to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.

Stay up to date with cloud technology trends and provide input to enhance product solutions and offerings.

Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to align solutions with customer and organizational goals.

Support technical operations or account management tasks as required by the Business Development Director.

Ensure high standards of technical documentation and solution delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Must have the Professional certifications (AWS/Alibaba/Cloud,Azure).

5 years of hands‑on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.

Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients effectively in China and Hong Kong.
