Candidates will perform soldering tasks according to standards, operate machinery, and ensure product quality through inspection. Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to meet daily production goals are essential. This position requires handling basic tools and assisting in troubleshooting and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual soldering / DIP soldering / wave soldering according to SOP and work instructions.
• Operate and monitor soldering equipment and production line machines.
• Inspect solder joints to ensure quality meets IPC or internal standards.
• Handle basic tools, jigs, and fixtures used in soldering processes.
• Follow ESD, safety, and 5S requirements at all times.
• Report defects, abnormalities, or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist in rework, touch-up, and simple troubleshooting when required.
• Meet daily production targets and support team operations.
