Job summary

A solar energy company in Penang is seeking an electrical supervisor for their solar PV plant. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting inspections and maintenance, managing electrical systems, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have 1 year of experience in low-voltage equipment, possess relevant certifications, and be able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in low-voltage electrical equipment operation.
• Knowledge of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and its regulations.
• Valid D and GDL driving license and willingness to be based in Penang.
• Physically and mentally strong and fit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations and enhance system health for solar PV systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on solar PV systems.
• Attend to electrical breakdowns and initiate corrective actions.
• Provide inspection and performance reports for all solar PV systems.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory.
