What You Will Be Responsible For

• Responsible for the testing and maintenance of server software functions and interfaces, ensuring the resolution and closure of issues.
• Conduct overall system performance parameter testing and assist the team in performance optimization and verification of test items.
• Develop product test plans, test strategies, and solutions; write corresponding functional and performance test cases; and improve software testing methods and processes.
• Develop and debug automated test scripts or small tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Analyze and compare competitor product metrics, output comparison results, and identify improvement goals.

How You Will Stand Out

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Communications, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
• Proficient in software testing design methodologies, capable of formulating test plans and strategies based on product requirements, drafting test plans and cases, executing tests, and delivering test reports.
• Familiar with commonly used Linux commands. Candidates with experience in at least one scripting language (Python/Shell) will be preferred.
• Knowledge of commonly used automation frameworks and capable of developing and debugging automated test cases.
• Possess sharp and detailed observation skills, with a strong sensitivity to identifying testing issues and phenomena.
• Strong sense of responsibility and patience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle work under pressure.
