What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Accounting, POS, and Payroll software.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues efficiently.
  • Software Training: Guide clients on software usage through calls, emails, or onsite visits.
  • Installation & Setup: Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to address customer needs.
  • Documentation: Create and update support materials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and software updates.
What do we need from you (Job Requirements)
  • Education Level: Diploma qualifications in Information Technology field, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, Malaysia and English.
  • Experience in software support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Accounting, POS, and Payroll software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite support when necessary.
