Job summary

A leading software company seeks a dedicated Sales Professional in Selangor. This role involves understanding customer needs in ecommerce and warehouse sectors, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and conducting software demonstrations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in software or IT sales, possesses strong communication skills, and is result-oriented. A diploma or higher is required, along with a willingness to travel. Responsibilities
  • Understand needs of customers (ecommerce seller & warehouse businesses).
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Actively seeking out sales leads to achieve targets.
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients.
  • Identify solutions for customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Participate in sales strategy planning, execution and brainstorm sessions.
  • Analyze the service market environment, customer pain points, and requirements and improve service opportunities for giving software solution.
  • Provide pre sales consultation and product education to close deals.
  • Conduct software presentation/ demonstration to clients.
  • Prepare and review proposals and quotations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Software Sales / IT Sales related.
  • Diploma & above in any field.
  • Sales target orientated.
  • Independent, forward thinking and result oriented.
  • Must be comfortable with corporate lead generation, and sales negotiation face to face and over the phone.
  • Prior sales experience in any industry will be an added advantage.
  • Must have own transport & willing to travel.
  • Good communication skills and good working attitude.
  • Fully adaptable to business trips, including projects outside the province.
