We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to become a part of Webby Group, a rapidly advancing tech firm that provides AI, cloud, and software solutions throughout Southeast Asia. In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery for numerous client projects. You will collaborate with our technology, design, and quality assurance teams to facilitate efficient development processes, while also keeping stakeholders updated and satisfied. You will oversee all aspects, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and sprint coordination, ensuring that each project is completed on schedule, within scope, and delivers exceptional value.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management for software or IT projects
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
