Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Software Project Leader to oversee embedded software development projects. This role involves managing schedules, resources, and quality outcomes while serving as the key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving software development schedules in collaboration with project managers
• Ensuring adherence to design, cost, performance, and quality standards
• Managing software project team activities and coordinating resources
• Monitoring project status, reporting progress, and initiating corrective actions when needed
• Leading software change management and implementation planning
• Acting as the main interface for customer issues, change requests, and software delivery
• Managing subcontractors to mitigate project delays
• Representing the software team in cross-departmental discussions, including production and test system updates
• Resolving engineering and process challenges with consideration for business objectives
• Adhering to established software engineering processes and ASPICE automotive standards

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership and technical expertise in embedded systems. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Proven experience in embedded system development methodologies
• Hands‑on experience in embedded application development and software engineering planning
• Agile Scrum experience is a plus
