Responsibilities
- Act as the Project Director/Manager for BSS project delivery, serving as the main point of contact for the customer.
- Oversee project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction throughout the delivery phase.
- Align front‑end sales and back‑end operations to ensure contract compliance and delivery excellence.
- Apply project management methodologies and tools to build and lead project teams.
- Develop and execute project operation and management plans, coordinate resources, and manage subcontractors.
- Ensure project scope, timeline, cost, quality, and profitability are met.
- Monitor project progress and delivery during implementation, ensuring compliance with internal management standards.
- Lead telecom software projects from planning to delivery and coordinate teams to deliver compliant, profitable projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or related field.
- Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in the Telco & IT industry.
- Familiarity with telecom software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS is an advantage.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Professional Knowledge
- Proficient in project management domains including change, communication, financial, risk, progress, scope, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of telecom project delivery models, contracts, procurement, and commercial operations.
- Experience with software products like NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
- Solid grasp of telecom industry principles and teamwork dynamics.
